Mark has improved the lives of animals in more ways than can be simply detailed.  He is the Simsbury Animal Control Officer.  And in previous careers, he is a retired marine and has been a Hartford Police Officer.  Feeling the need to help the military and the military dogs, he created the Heroes and Hounds program.  His program sends care packages to military dogs and their handlers.  And, if that isn't enough, he volunteers at the CT Humane Society.  And, he has actually run the Iditarod.  He's even written a book called "Paws, Claws & Tales of Animal Control" available on Amazon!

Mark's knowledge of animals is not only extensive, he has actually done it all!

Stephanie interned with Pet Education and Therapy as part of her Animal Behavior College program.  She made quite an impression on the other trainers, owners and their dogs!  So we were thrilled when she agreed to become part of the Pet Education and Therapy team.

Stephanie lives her life with her wonderful dog, Princess
